I had a lovely stay recently. The food was absolutely amazing. I would prefer Chef's dishes over the complimentary breakfast any day! However, the wait times for meals could be better. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great time at the pool, it was clean and really beautiful to relax by. The staff was friendly, they even helped us with extra towels despite the miscommunication about them at the pool area.

Upon arrival, I encountered issues with the payment process, needing to pay the full amount upfront and having to wait for an alternative payment method. Dining options were frustratingly slow, taking far too long to be served. one evening, it took 45 minutes to learn there was no steak available. The breakfast lacked variety, featuring limited choices, and the coffee served was instant—hardly a nice touch. Additionally, the cleanliness needed work. the bathtub wasn’t fully cleaned, and there was an unsettling feeling due to exposed wires in the kettle's cord, making it a definite no-go for use.

I enjoyed my stay in a Deluxe Room. The customer service was outstanding and made me feel welcome. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with great options. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained. I’d definitely come back again! 😊
